Suresh Nageswaran spent the better part of the last 5 years building the test engineering service line – branded as iTEAMS [Independent Test Engineering and Monitoring Solutions] - at Kanbay Software, now the Capgemini FS SBU. In the last 12 years, he has been helping financial institutions, ISVs and large enterprises achieve optimal value from their applications. Additionally, he has also lectured on subjects like software engineering, Data Structures and Files, Artificial Intelligence and Compiler Construction at Pune University.

He is also a regular speaker at international conferences like the ISTC and Quality Week. Suresh is also active on several Internet forums like comp.software.testing, qaforums.com and LoadRunner yahoogroups.

Currently, Suresh creates and manages service offerings in software testing. His team also runs blogs, knowledge portals and participates in domain and technology events on testing. Suresh Nageswaran holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Pune.
