Call for Submissions 2019

The Submissions for 2019 is closed.

  • Selection is based on rigorous review by the Technical Committee.
  • Selected Speaker of “Paper” will be invited to present at our Conference in the city they have chosen to speak at.
  • Selected Author of “Publication” will be felicitated during the SUMMIT with a Certificate. Note that there will be no Speaker Presentation of the Publication.
  • Each selected speaker/author receives a complimentary conference pass for all days of the conference.
  • There are no honorarium or travel expenses covered by STeP-IN, for the accepted speakers or authors.
  • Please take the necessary approvals from your management before submitting your paper or publication. Nevertheless, copyrights for each individual submission will remain with the speaker/ author.
  • The selected submissions will also be uploaded on the STeP-IN Forum archives, with permission from the speaker/ author.
  • Audio recordings of all presentations at the conference will be taken. STeP-IN Forum may choose to upload these Audio Recordings on its website post-conference.
