Theme: NEW NORMAL IN TESTING

Without dragging Covid-19 into this topic, one is likely to see new normals emerging in the field of software testing. Agile is almost the defecto SDLC model and can’t be called exactly new but the ascent of AI and continued fast paced movement of DevOps are pushing testing (and testers) in ever new directions. The barriers of co-location have been effectively removed. With these factors, everything in the world of testing is in churn. Processes, tools, methods, strategies, skills and mind-sets all are up for scrutiny and changes. This conference is all about the new normal – the constant churn and scramble for an equilibrium that can be called the “New Normal”.

• Selected Speaker(s) will be invited to present at our Conference.
• Please ensure that you upload the complete slide-deck, since we plan to have only one round of technical review for selection of paper.
• Selected Author(s) of “Publication” will
  • Get a complimentary pass to attend the Summit.
  • Be felicitated with a Certificate during the Summit.
• Since we are a non-profit organization, there are no honorarium provided by STeP-IN, for the selected speakers but will receive a complimentary pass to participate in the Conference.
• Please take the necessary approvals from your management before submitting your paper. Nevertheless, copyrights for each individual submission will remain with the speaker.
• The selected papers will be uploaded on the STeP-IN Forum archives, with permission from the speaker.
• Audio recordings of all presentations at the conference will be taken. STeP-IN Forum may choose to upload these Audio Recordings on its website post-conference.
• Submissions beyond the deadlines will not be considered.
• The submitted paper should not have any sales pitch.
• The files submitted should be in ppt/pdf format.
