Call for Speakers 2022

Theme: Post-Pandemic Scenarios in Remote working for Testers

The pandemic forced us to work from home. We learnt how to manage the family with the work while at home! We worked hard and we worked flexi. We worked long hours. We were happy to avoid the traffic (and that occasional pesky colleague!). It was claimed that productivity increased with WFH. Then emerged counterstories about the stress, missing the office environment, plummeting productivity and difficulty of sharing information.

Come join us to look at challenges and opportunities in Remote Working for Testers. How do we increase the depth of our testing, how to acquire critical information, how to deal with increasing digitisation and increasing workloads and how to learn in such an environment.

  • Selected Speaker(s) will get an opportunity and will be invited to present at our Conference, virtually.

  • Since we are a non-profit organization, there are no honorarium provided by STeP-IN, for the selected speakers but will receive a complimentary pass to participate in the Conference.
  • Please take the necessary approvals from your management before submitting your paper. Nevertheless, copyrights for each individual submission will remain with the speaker.
  • The selected papers will be uploaded on the STeP-IN Forum archives, with permission from the speaker.
  • Recordings of all presentations at the conference will be taken. STeP-IN Forum may choose to upload these Recordings on its website post-conference.
  • Submissions beyond the deadlines will not be considered.
  • The submitted paper should not have any sales pitch.
  • The submitted slide deck should be strictly in presentation format (the way the Speaker presents) and can be uploaded either as ppt or pdf.
