Theme: Embrace Change, Drive Success: Navigating a Transforming Landscape

The world is constantly changing and evolving, presenting new challenges and opportunities at every turn. In this dynamic landscape and layoffs across major IT firms, staying relevant and adapting to progress has become a crucial factor for success. The conference will provide a platform for individuals and organizations to learn and share the strategies, tools, and mindset necessary for thriving in this ever-changing world. Attendees will learn about the latest emerging technologies, innovative methodologies, and proven approaches for overcoming challenges, all while showcasing their areas of expertise and celebrating pride in their work. Through insightful presentations, engaging discussions, and thought-provoking activities, attendees will gain a better understanding of the challenges and opportunities presented by a constantly evolving landscape and develop the skills needed to not just survive, but thrive.

Submissions are invited for Papers & Publications

Papers Publications

1. Papers will have Speakers (to audience)

1. Publications will have Authors (to readers)

2. Submitted Papers should be something original and researched by the Speaker and should not have any sales pitch

2. Submitted Publications should be kind of a case study or white paper or research done on a particular concept or technology by the Author

3. Selected Papers will get opportunity to present/speak during Summit

3. Selected Publications are only for knowledge sharing and doesn't involve speaking opportunity

4. Duration of 40 minutes including Q&A

Disclaimers:

  • Selection of Submissions is based on rigorous review by the Technical Committee.
  • Selected Speaker(s) will get an opportunity and will be invited to present at our Conference.
  • Please ensure that your submission is complete in all aspects before uploading to help the Technical Committee to review and provide appropriate feedback if selected.
  • Since we are a non-profit organization, there are no honorarium provided by STeP-IN, for the selected speakers but will receive a complimentary pass to participate in the Conference.
  • Please take the necessary approvals from your management before uploading your submissions. Nevertheless, copyrights for each individual submission will remain with the Speaker/Author.
  • The selected submissions will be uploaded on the STeP-IN Forum archives, with permission from the speaker/author.
  • Selected, top 2 best publications, will get a complimentary pass to the Summit 2023 and will be acknowledged with a momento.
  • Submissions beyond the deadlines will not be considered.
  • Mouse-over on titles of input fields will guide you on what needs to be entered.
