Tech Talks Registration

Note – Registration, Device Policy & Access:

• Required Documents: External attendees must present their registration email (on their phone) along with the online registration confirmation, a valid government-issued ID proof, and their employer’s ID card (not mandatory but preferred). Please carry physical proof on the day of the event.
• Attendee Laptops: Attendees are strongly encouraged not to bring laptops. Should they bring one, it must be submitted at the AXA GBS 12th-floor reception upon arrival.
• Speaker Laptops: Speakers from other organizations are permitted to bring laptops for their presentations. These must be declared at the AXA GBS 12th-floor reception. Advance notice to the IT team is required for any WiFi needs.
• Mobile Phones: Mobile phones are permitted. However, an initial briefing will inform all attendees that photography of presentation slides is strictly prohibited.
• Arrival Assistance: The Facilities team, supported by the AXA GBS event organizing team, will be stationed at the Ground (P4) level entry to guide all external attendees to the correct lifts for the 12th floor.
• 4 Wheeler parking is not available at the venue; however, paid parking is available outside the premises.
