Sharad has overall 24 Years of IT experience of which 10 years has been spent in Development and Maintenance Projects. During the last 14 years he has focused on Functional & Non Functional testing areas.
Some of his past responsibilities include defining and implementing varied outsourcing delivery organizations; Defining aligned test approach and governance model based on the scope of work; Analyzing organizational requirements to arrive at business solution; Setting up Test Factory, ODC’s and Test Labs; Alliance and business modeling with partnering Vendors; and,
Leading the team of consultants responsible for providing solutions.
He has been the faculty for imparting 9 days Training session on Test Methodology for Ministry of Defense, South Korea and a speaker in various testing forums.
